Klebsiella-related work

Genomics, metabolomics and transcriptomics

The genus Klebsiella

The genus Klebsiella encompasses 18 species and 8 subspecies of bacteria, and several uncharacterized taxa. The recently described species Raoultella scottii and Raoultella lignicola should also be considered Klebsiella spp.

Klebsiella spp. are found in many different environments and samples types.
